i definitely want to stay in that area again, greatly enjoyed it. everyone who works in the hotel is cooperative and friendly.

Overall, it's perfect base for exploring Sharm el-Sheikh attractions. It has wonderfully helpful and professional employees from the porters all the way to the manager. The casual restaurant serves great food.

You guys made my stay very enjoyable. I have just spent 9 days in twin room with balcony, magnificent view, for example, and truly enjoyed it. The breakfast was fine, the check in was early. Location: the hotel was short walk to fabulous reef, comfortable rooms and incredible sea views, a Nature reserve "Ras Nasrani " which is considered one of the best beaches for diving and snorkeling and the best beaches. Also, Musical Fountain Sharm el-Sheikh was 4 km away.

The Receiption Staff is representing the bad site of all hotel benefits !!!!we have suffering a lot since our arrival and checking out !!! . firstlly they claimed that NO booking confirmation arrived and No rooms avaliable !!! then they mad a silly mistake by register the room as BB while already paid as HB , and due that we had a bad urgement with buffie staff and funny while checking out !!!!. We had to insisit to receive a stamped paid invoice. The staff team has not enough experiences and need more persons to work as they have to work from 7am to 12pm . so many mistakes happened .

The location was best possible and exceptionally nice, within a close distance from Extra Divers Dive Centre. The airport was 5 km away. The units were brand-new and the staff were delightfully helpful and professional people from the porters all the way to the manager.
